We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (m/f) to join our night-shift operations team at elasticStage, the world's first on-demand vinyl and CD manufacturing platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless production across our patented manufacturing systems. Your responsibilities will include preventative and corrective maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting production stations, managing robotic transport systems, calibrating equipment, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You'll diagnose technical issues, implement fixes in collaboration with R&D and software teams, and drive continuous improvements in machine reliability and output. Working on a 4-nights-on / 4-nights-off rotating schedule, you'll be at the heart of scaling a high-growth operation that ships to over 90 countries and serves 100,000+ music creators. This role demands technical precision, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining world-class manufacturing standards in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
